Privacy & data protection policy

How Brazillionz handles website enquiries and personal information.

Who is responsible for your information

This website is operated by BRAZILLIONZ GENERAL TRADING L.L.C under the Brazillionz brand. Registered address: Office G06-395, Business Bay, Dubai, U.A.E. For privacy requests, email contact@brazillionz.com or call +971 58 539 1783.

Information we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, business contact information, location, product requirements, quantities, destination, delivery preferences and message. A detailed enquiry may include documents you choose to upload. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid unnecessary identity documents or sensitive personal information. Technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs may also be processed by our hosting and security services.

How and why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, assess sourcing requirements, coordinate communications between buyers and sellers, review relevant transaction documents, keep business records and protect the website against misuse. We process personal information with your consent where required, or where processing is necessary to take steps at your request, perform an agreement or comply with an applicable legal obligation. We do not use an enquiry as automatic consent to marketing.

Sharing and service providers

Website enquiries are stored in our WordPress submission system and sent to our business inbox. Hosting, website maintenance and email-delivery providers may process information on our behalf. Where needed to progress a trade enquiry, relevant information may be shared with prospective exporters, importers, inspection providers, logistics partners, banks or professional advisers, subject to the purpose of the enquiry and applicable requirements. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

Trade enquiries may involve parties and service providers outside the U.A.E. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will use the safeguards or other permitted transfer conditions required by applicable data protection law. Contact us if you need information about a transfer relating to your enquiry.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage an ongoing business relationship, meet legal record-keeping requirements or resolve a dispute. When it is no longer needed, we aim to delete or anonymise it, subject to necessary backups and legal retention. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for their work. No website, email system or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and third-party links

WordPress and website services may use essential cookies or similar technologies to operate the site and protect forms. We do not add advertising or analytics tracking through the redesign. Any future non-essential tracking or marketing integration should be disclosed here and obtain consent where required before activation. Links to WhatsApp or other third-party services are governed by those providers’ privacy notices once you choose to use them.

Marketing preferences

Submitting a trade enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. If we offer newsletters in future, marketing consent will be requested separately where required and you will be able to unsubscribe. Marketing preferences do not prevent necessary messages about an enquiry or an agreed transaction.

Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to information about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of processing, and information about sharing or international transfers. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact contact@brazillionz.com to make a request or raise a concern. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also contact the competent data protection authority where applicable.
