Product listings and seller offers
Listings summarise product information and seller terms supplied for review. They are not a binding offer, a guarantee of stock or a commitment to supply. Prices, quantities, specifications, origin, delivery schedules, bank instruments and inspection terms require confirmation in a current issued offer and a written agreement between the relevant parties.
Validity and transaction checks
Where a seller specifies seven-day validity, that period runs from the seller’s issue date. A website listing without an issue date does not establish current validity. Buyers and sellers are responsible for reviewing counterparties, documentation, applicable requirements and contractual terms before entering a transaction. Brazillionz’s intermediary role and any fees or responsibilities must be agreed for the transaction.
